Pastry Chef Clément Tilly
Originally from Nantes, France, Clément Tilly has been passionate about desserts from a very young age and has demonstrated his talent working in major Parisian institutions. He began his career in Paris creating pastries in renowned hotels such as Lutetia and Shangri-La. In 2015, he joined the pastry brigade of the famous Ritz Hotel in Place Vendôme, a Parisian iconic address for which he quickly became Sous-Chef.
“While I was still in school, I would walk by this hotel’s façade during holiday season and I would tell myself: One day I’ll work here…” remembers Clément.
In 2019, Clément Tilly headed to Montreal to take his career to the next level as Pastry Chef for Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile and Le Renoir restaurant. He brings his refined and colorful touch to this prominent Montreal location.
His favorite pastry? Lemon pie.
